Encanto Cafe builds its menu around a Mexican-European fusion concept that traces back to the owner's family kitchen. The recipes, passed down from mother to daughter, get executed from scratch daily. Aiolis, pestos, dressings, and sauces are all handcrafted in-house, with nothing sourced from a jar. That level of daily handwork is the kitchen's defining commitment.

The drink menu leans into the same cross-cultural identity. A Mexican mocha blending Mexican coffee beans with cinnamon and milk has become a signature order, and a pistachio latte rounds out the specialty lineup. Both reflect the kitchen's instinct to merge familiar cafe formats with flavors rooted in Mexican tradition.

The terrace overlooking the ocean from Prospect Street is the main draw for seating. The patio is dog-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and relaxed enough to double as a remote-work perch. Inside, the founder designed the space herself, pairing European-inspired furniture with bold yellows and copal blues drawn from Mexican visual traditions.

Encanto is fundamentally a breakfast and brunch destination. The food side runs from sandwiches and salads to heartier brunch plates, all built on the same from-scratch kitchen ethic.
